1. COMPANY INFORMATION

This website is operated by Florenzo Foramo ("Owner").

2. USER ACCOUNTS

• Users must register with their name, email, and preferred language (English, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian).
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing an account is strictly prohibited.
• Users can delete their accounts at any time from their profile. Upon deletion, all purchased videos and user data will be permanently erased from our system.

3. PURCHASES & PAYMENTS

• All course payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Each course consists of multiple videos, accessible through the user’s profile after purchase.
• No refunds are offered after a purchase has been completed.

4. VIDEO ACCESS & SECURITY

• Purchased videos are available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded.
• Each video contains a unique embedded hash linking it to the purchasing user’s ID to prevent piracy.
• Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of the videos will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.

5. SUPPORT & DISPUTES

• Users can report any payment issues via email at info@cheffbroccoli.com.
• Any legal disputes will be handled under Spanish law in the courts of Barcelona.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
